Woody shrub 2 to 4 feet tall and spreading 3 feet or more with bright yellow orange flowers late spring through summer. Full sun or light shade, quite drought and deer resistant. Good under native oaks. Attracts hummingbirds, Buckeye butterflies. Bay Area native.
