coast rosemary
Evergreen shrub 3 to 6 feet tall, 6 to 8 foot spread with pale lavender flowers February through spring, sometimes all year. Full sun or part shade, it tolerates drought, wind and sea coast conditions. Quite deer resistant. Good with lavender.
