Sequoiadendron giganteum Giant Sequoia The grandfather of trees, one specimen has a trunk 30 feet in diameter and is 325 feet tall. More likely yours will reach 50 to 80 feet, growing 2 or 3 feet a year, with a symmetrical shape.
