Salix matsudana 'Tortuosa' Scarlet Curls Willow This makes a small vigorous, deciduous tree with golden branches and twisted scarlet stems spiraling upwards. These colorful effects peak after the first frost when the scarlet becomes more intense. Grows to 30 feet, 15-20 foot spread, more drought tolerant than other willows.
