Eupatorium rugosum Chocolate Joe Pye Weed Vigorous imposing perennial 4 to 5 feet tall with rich chocolate leaves on reddish stems. Flat heads of fragrant fuzzy white flowers that attract bees contrast nicely with the foliage. Blooms late summer into fall. Grow in sun or part shade with ordinary garden conditions.
