This coastal Red Twig Dogwood is a riparian shrub growing 6 to 10 feet round in sun near the coast, or in shade further inland. Large umbels of creamy white flowers in spring are followed by white berries. Brilliant red leaf color in fall followed by deep red bare stems in winter provide year round interest. Bay Area Native
