Dwarf Plumbago
This perennial wiry stemmed ground cover grows 6 to 12 inches high, and spreads 3 feet or more by underground stems. Intense blue, 1/2 inch flowers in fall contrast nicely with the red autumn foliage. Sun or part shade, drought and deer resistant. It will grow under pines. Cut to the ground each winter.
