Armeria maritima Rubrifolia Sea Thrift Mounding evergreen groundcover, 4 inches high, 1 foot wide, with rose colored pom-poms on 8 inch stems. Leaves have a reddish tinge which is enhanced in cold weather. Full sun, drought tolerant, deer resistant. Good low border, in rock gardens, in sea coast gardens or in containers.
